Exchange & Replacement Policy

Customers can only raise the request for return/replacements within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Please get in touch with our support team by WhatsApp/call, who will guide you through the process at +91 6381929020 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

Just make sure that the product is not used and has all the original tags still attached. Items repacked, tags removed, etc., won’t be replaced.

If you are residing inside India, you will need to ship the product to us at,

Replacements must include all tags, packaging, and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Ideally, return the product in the same box you received it in.

2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged are eligible for return.

3. Discounted products are not eligible for return.

4. OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FOR FRAGILE PRODUCTS.

5. All products at The Dyem are well checked by our quality team before shipping. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product damaged, kindly CALL / WHATSAPP the customer care for raising the request for return at +91 6381929020

6. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in damaged condition or incorrect size (size other than that ordered), you need to email us a photo of the received product by highlighting the damaged area or incorrect received product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your return request has been authorized, we would be happy to process your refund or replacement request.

7. All refunds are processed within 7-14 working days and the amount will be credited to your bank account from your purchase.
